Supervision for Health Professionals

I am passionate about supervision and providing mentoring and guidance to other counselling and health professionals.  

 

I also provide group supervision to government and non-government organisations.  I travel extensively throughout South East Queensland to assist mental health and counselling teams to reflect on their client's needs and develop effective treatment plans for high-quality care.  Online group supervision is also available upon request.

The Queensland Institute of Family Therapy (QIFT) is my training company created alongside Dr Leonie White (Psychologist and Family Therapist).  QIFT offers a range of accessible and exceptional professional development options catered to individuals, teams and organisations across a diverse range of Family Therapy training and experience.  QIFT provides professionals with opportunities to learn and experience multiple systemic ways of working with clients and families.  This philosophy is based on integrative practice principles that appreciates the significant contribution of different Family Therapy models across time.
